You’ve got tickets to see Beyoncé on the Cowboy Carter tour!
Now you have to figure out what you’re going to wear, because everybody knows that if you’re going to a Queen Bey show, your ‘fit must be camera-ready.
Don’t worry. We’ll help you get right — and we’re pointing you to Black- and Brown-owned businesses.
Of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t start by noting that Beyonce’s own site has merch available for purchase, most of it branded (yes, we did that on purpose).
HATS OFF TO YOU

You don’t normally wear hats, but since it’s Beyoncé, and it’s Cowboy Carter, you’re thinking about it. We’ve got you.
House of Brims, based in Los Angeles and owned by a Black woman, has a hat called “The Roundup” that may be exactly what you’re seeking.
Beyoncé’s sparkly, silvery Renaissance era may be over, but Cowboy Carter still leaves some room for the Beyhive to shine. Black-owned Neon Cowboys comes to the rescue with a light-up neon cowboy hat that may be just the thing in a dark stadium.
Marquez Clásico, also based in Southern California, has plenty of hats inspired by Mexican and Southwestern ranchers as well as an incredibly striking sombrero.
THE STYLISH CLOTHES YOU WEAR
Saddle up.
We know Beyoncé loves her Levi’s jeans, but we have don’t have fashion designers at our beck and call and have to figure out what to wear to the Cowboy Carter tour on our own. We think she’ll be just fine with us spending with Black- and Brown-owned brands.
If you’re looking for “denim on denim on denim on denim,” look toward Black-owned CMB Denim and Good American.
You’ve also got your pick of clothing options with Ojibwe, Oneida and Stockbridge-Munsee elements at Ginew.
Finally, Slim Pickins Outfitters of Mingus, Texas, a Black-owned retailer, has a selection of vintage and modern items, along with some outdoor gear from Patagonia.

If boots are a bridge too far, check out the moccasins available at Manitobah Mukluks, the brainchild of a Métis entrepreneur.

Once you’ve got your outfit together to see Beyoncé, don’t forget the accessories!
If the stadium where you’re seeing the concert doesn’t place limitations on the kind of bags you can carry, check out Equestrian Noire, a Black-owned outfit featuring leather bags with a nod to the equestrian lifestyle.
These sterling silver orb earrings would look really good on you. They’re from Aconav, an Acoma Pueblo- and Navajo-founded online shop.
Cerese D Jewelry is a Black-woman-owned boutique in Atlanta with more of the statement pieces you need to make sure your outfit stands out from the crowd.
Check out more earrings from Jeff DeMent, a Navajo jewelry maker, that will go nicely with your Western/cowboy-inspired outfit.
And a woodland wraparound scarf from I Am Anishinaabe would be a fantastic finishing touch to your ensemble.
