Patricia A. King is the manager of community engagement for PECO (Philadelphia Electric Company). Patricia joins the show to talk about the funding PECO offers to various residents in Philadelphia such as their Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), their Customer Assistance Program (CAP), their Gift of Energy Program (which is a gift card someone can gift a loved one, which goes directly to their PECO bill), and much more.
This interview is apart of WURD’s “Sassy Seniors” broadcast series: a series of broadcasts WURD conducts at multiple healthcare centers, senior care centers, and living communities to spread the word about the importance of health, and to talk about the multiple resources these locations provide.
